Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. With 4 bedrooms and a bonus room downstairs, this home is ideal for large groups. Two master bedrooms each have king beds and private baths. There is a bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and private bath, and a downstairs bedroom with two twin beds. Additional bedding is available on the queen sleeper sofa in the loft, as well as two bunk twin beds in the bonus room. For indoors fun, make use of the game room downstairs, which is equipped with a pool table, a wet bar, and a TV/DVD entertainment system. The group will also love spending time on the decks outside, which provide incredible views of Yellow Mountain and a luxurious hot tub. Powder Ridge Cabins are handcrafted cabins with roomy floor plans, modern amenities, and old world charm. Located on the north end of the Mountain Village, you can access skiing via secluded trails and bridges. In fact, on your first day of skiing, you can access the White Otter Lift and ski over to the base area to pick up your lift tickets. Just make sure you get exact directions on the best ski route back to your cabin, or you might end up too far down the mountain! Private vehicles are required for this location.

Alpine Meadow Chalets are surrounded by lodge pole pines and are located within a half mile of the Madison Base Area. Chalets feature fine finishes, designer décor with cathedral ceilings, stone fireplaces, decks, in-unit laundry facilities and full kitchens. A private vehicle is recommended.
