Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. Powder Ridge Cabins are handcrafted cabins with roomy floor plans, modern amenities, and old world charm. Located on the north end of the Mountain Village, you can access skiing via secluded trails and bridges. In fact, on your first day of skiing, you can access the White Otter Lift and ski over to the base area to pick up your lift tickets. Just make sure you get exact directions on the best ski route back to your cabin, or you might end up too far down the mountain! Private vehicles are required for this location.

Breathtaking views of Lone Peak, Fan Mountain, and the Spanish Peaks wilderness await you at this luxury mountain home. Offering ski access via the Cascade and White Otter lifts, the Hoos Views home is a true mountain paradise. With nearly 5,000 square feet, there are 5 bedrooms—two kings, two queens, and one bunk room with two twins and two doubles. The two luxurious master suites are furnished with gas fireplaces. In addition to two large family rooms, there is also a home office. The large kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line granite countertops and Thermador appliances, including a 6-burner stove and double oven with indoor grill top, two refrigerators, and a walk-in pantry. Guests can choose to dine in the large dining area or outside on the large wraparound deck with ceiling heaters. Other amenities include a house-wide Sonos sound system and two home theater systems, two sets of washer/dryers, an outdoor gas fire pit, large gas grill, 8-person outdoor hot tub, separate ski/gear room, and 2-car garage.

The Beehive Basin View cabin is perched at the north end of the property with open views across its namesake-Beehive Basin. The upper level of this cabin is an open floor plan consisting of a gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room. A massive floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace warms this space as you entertain and enjoy the panoramic views. Take in the sunrise while eating breakfast before a day of skiing or hiking and marvel at sunset views while the chef in the family prepares dinner to refuel after after a day of adventuring. Seat up to 6 at the dining table plus an additional 3 at the kitchen island. The upper level opens to a 360 degree wrap-around balcony complete with a gas grill. Please note that a four wheel drive vehicle with winter tires and winter driving experience is required for access during winter months.
