Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

The Summit melds European sophistication with Western style. The elegant Euro-Western Summit at Big Sky made its debut in March 2000 and features eight residential levels, two public levels with reception, concierge, meeting rooms, Provisions resort wear gift shop and an espresso cart. Located in Gateway, the newest development in Moonlight Basin, this 3-bedroom condo sits on the slopes of Big Sky Resort near the Stagecoach chairlift for easy ski access and sweeping views of the Spanish Peaks mountain range. An open-concept living area greets guests with seamless flow between the sitting area, dining room and gourmet kitchen. Two elegant armchairs and a full-size sofa, which unfolds into a queen bed, face a stacked-stone fireplace and large-screen TV, inviting cozy evenings after a day of adventures. The Lone Moose Meadows Condominiums are located at the foot of Andesite and Flat Iron Mountains and the Middle Fork trail, with ski-in ski-out access to the Big Sky Resort via the Lone Moose Meadows chairlift. The Lone Moose Meadows area gives you privacy, with the convenience of the Big Sky Mountain Village, just a 5 minute drive away. Each spacious condominium is tastefully decorated with elements of the west and the great outdoors. Blue Grouse Hills is the perfect year-round location for a quiet family retreat to Big Sky, abutting rolling sagebrush and forested hills near Town Center. This quaint neighborhood features a small handful of townhome duplexes styled on the exterior as log cabins with all the comforts of home inside—and lots of outdoor living space for lawn games or playing in the yard. Big Sky Town Center is a 10-minute walk or short drive, where guests will find many of our favorite local shops, restaurants, groceries, and nightlife. Other nearby activities include fly-fishing and rafting on the Gallatin River, horseback riding, and mountain biking. The west entrance of Yellowstone National Park is a 45-minute drive to the south, most of which is through the scenic northwest corner of the park and Gallatin National Forest.

Marrying modern architecture with a cozy mountain-home atmosphere, Tanager House is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath Silvertip cabin offering a light-filled, wood-and-glass escape with sweeping views of the surrounding Madison Mountain Range, including Lone Peak and the Spanish Peaks. With direct access to a groomed, novice-friendly ski trail, which takes you directly to the Madison Base Area and Six-Shooter high-speed chairlift, Tanager House is ideal for skiers of all levels. In the summer, explore hiking and mountain-biking trails at Moonlight Basin and Big Sky Resort. Built in 2015 and named by Architectural Digest among the world’s “9 Most Beautiful Hotel Cabins,” the Silvertip enclave is a collection of unique luxury ski cabins featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood beams, mixed stone-and-wood facades, and angular mid-century inspired silhouettes. The living area flows into a 10-seat dining area with a custom granite table and gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen. A glass door leads to a private deck with expansive views, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, and private hot tub. The picturesque sunset views are truly unforgettable. The home has a laundry room and one-car garage with customized storage for your skiing/snowboarding/biking equipment in addition to your vehicle, so you can easily explore surrounding areas, including the Meadow Village and Yellowstone National Park. Please note that if you opt to pay the guest fee, you can access the private Moonlight Basin Club, and its gracious amenities.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms spread out over 3 levels, this provides ample space for guests to gather and enjoy meals together while offering an opportunity to find peace and quiet. The main level features an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area and living room flowing seamlessly together. The living room, complete with a sofa and loveseat, provides a relaxed setting with the wood-burning fireplace, flatscreen TV and sprawling mountain views from the large picture window.
