Located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this historic hotel was part of the late NBC News broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision for Big Sky Resort. The Huntley Lodge sits on the plaza at the base of the mountain, with the Explorer Lift just out the back door. Under the same roof are restaurants, shopping, ski storage, meeting rooms, and the Solace Spa. The Huntley Lodge includes convenient access to an outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

With 4 bedrooms and a bonus room downstairs, this home is ideal for large groups. Two master bedrooms each have king beds and private baths. There is a bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and private bath, and a downstairs bedroom with two twin beds. Additional bedding is available on the queen sleeper sofa in the loft, as well as two bunk twin beds in the bonus room. For indoors fun, make use of the game room downstairs, which is equipped with a pool table, a wet bar, and a TV/DVD entertainment system. The group will also love spending time on the decks outside, which provide incredible views of Yellow Mountain and a luxurious hot tub. For your convenience there is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a gas grill on the back deck, a two car garage, and a laundry room.

As you step inside this 2-story retreat, you will fall in love with the large picture windows that frame the mountains outside and provide plenty of natural lighting. The Black Eagle Lodges are less than 1/4 mile to the Plaza and nearly at the foot of the Black Bear Poma Lift. Ski in to your elegant accommodations and relax on the scenic deck. Stunning views come with the Lone View Lodge home in Mountain Village, with ski access to Big Sky Resort via the White Otter and Cascade chair lifts. It’s just a short drive from Yellowstone National Park in the summer. The secluded location of this home affords spectacular mountain views from all angles. There are four bedrooms in total, two with king beds and private baths, a third with a queen bed, and a fourth with a twin bunk bed set and captain’s bunk bed set. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bath. A downstairs family room includes a home theater and gas fireplace, making it a comfortable retreat for the family in addition to the living room. This home also offers a private outdoor hot tub as well as a gas grill, Direct TV, and wireless internet. For your convenience Lone View also provides a laundry room and a two-car garage.
