The Old Ranch Road home is on the Swaner Preserve and includes a washer/dryer, a mountain view, wi-fi internet access, fireplaces and plenty of space for guests to spread out. Bedding in the rental includes 1 King bed and in the remodeled, master bedroom, and 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom, and 1 Queen in the third bedroom and a twin daybed in the fourth bedroom. Both the master and second bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms, and the third room has a separate, full bath. 1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.
