The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. The Iron Oak Duplex is a contemporary seven bedroom, five and one-half bath home on three levels that can accommodate up to sixteen people, making it the perfect place for small groups or family gatherings. The main floor has a large, conveniently arranged kitchen and dining area that is open to the formal living area a half-level below. Sliding glass doors open from the kitchen to a deck with a private hot tub and fabulous views of the ski slopes. Downstairs is a huge game room that is the perfect place for kids to be active…there's even a foosball table! The house has an attached a two-car garage, but having your own vehicle is not necessary as the free city shuttle stops just a few yards away. Elk Run Townhomes are ideal for family and friends looking for a quiet setting and large living space. These townhomes offer upscale townhomes that feature cathedral ceilings, fully-equipped kitchens, river rock fireplaces, private decks, in-unit washers and dryers and a 1-car garage. After a long day of Steamboat adventures relax in one of the two outdoor hot tubs on the premises. The free town shuttle stops about 1.5 blocks away, and the ski area is approximately 300 yards away.

Panoramic views of Steamboat’s ski area, Sleeping Giant, and the valley will delight you from the rooftop deck at Metropolitan House. Atop this magical deck, you can relax your sore muscles from a day on the mountain in the hot tub, or kick back with a cocktail while admiring Steamboat Springs. The main level has all you need with a spacious Great Room featuring a lovely living room with a gas fireplace, deck with mountain views, dining area and table with seating for 6, plus breakfast bar seating for 4, and an open with a walk-in pantry where you can stock your supplies for your stay! For added convenience, this level has air conditioning and a powder room. On the ground level of this beautiful townhome is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the heated garage for ski storage. On the third level of the home, you will find the master bedroom with a large picture window with views of the mountain, a four-poster bed, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms include a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and a split King / 2 XL Twin beds bedroom, both with access to the full bathroom in the hallway. Keep following the stairs up one more level to the showstopper of this home – the rooftop deck! Here you will be greeted by a stunning panoramic view of Steamboat Springs. The ski area straight ahead, town to the west, and Emerald Mountain to the south. You really get it all up here! With large windows, an open floor plan and high ceilings, Wildhorse Chalet is a comfortable retreat for one or two families after a day's adventures on the mountain. It offers all the space, comfort and privacy of a private home, but you still have access to the pool, fitness room, seasonal shuttle, gondola and other amenities found at the adjacent Trailhead Lodge. The main floor is perfect for entertaining. With an open layout, your group can enjoy the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony as a group. There is a stacked stone fireplace to keep everyone warm and cozy while enjoying the 65" flat screen TV or just each other’s company. The upstairs is dedicated to a large master suite. The suite includes a large bedroom, with king bed and a private terrace where you can relax outside in the summer. There is also a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and spacious shower. Downstairs is where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The guest master has a king bed and the third offers a set of twin bunks with a twin trundle bed and a queen bed to sleep up to five guests. All bedrooms have their own TV. The home offers everything you would expect from a modern house including, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, plush towels and comfortable bath robes.
