The Fairway’s Cottages and Cabins are stand-alone mountain chalets located along Fairways Drive next to the Sun Peaks golf course. These 3- and 4-bedroom houses are your perfect mountain home! Enjoy privacy and peace and quiet in this more residential area away from the village core. The chalets come with your own patio and/or deck and feature fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and private hot tub. Free wireless internet and private garage or designated stall. The chalets are a approx. 15 minute walk from the village core and the main lift area.

The 2 bedroom, 4 bedroom Woodhaven Townhouses provide ski in ski out access via the Mt. Morrisey Chairlift. The Townhouses are also an 18-minute walk to the village.

Lookout Lodge is an impressive, custom built mountain home in the Lookout Ridge area of Sun Peaks. It offers ski-in and ski-out from Sundance Mountain via East Village Ski Way and soon via the new Orient Express chairlift! This is a 3-story home with kitchen, living room and dining area on the 3rd floor. The large window fronts allow you to enjoy spectacular views of Morrisey Mountain and the entire Sun Peaks valley. There is also plenty of outdoor space with a deck off the dining area plus a 2nd, covered deck with BBQ and fabulous hot tub on the 2nd floor. In addition the chalet has a very private backyard backing onto Sundance Mountain.

The Sun Peaks Lodge, a family-operated hotel, is located in 2 buildings in the heart of the quaint village of Sun Peaks. This ski in/ski-out lodge offers a steakhouse, lobby with fireplace, hot tub, sauna and steam room, as well as ski rental and storage.
