The Westridge Condos offer an outstanding location for gathering your family and friends to enjoy the Sun Valley outdoor amenities! The complex offers a community hot tub, elevator, and underground assigned parking. Each condo includes air-conditioning, wireless internet, and an in-unit washer/dryer. There’s a shuttle stop conveniently located in front of the complex.

Located in downtown Ketchum, this beautiful River Street West 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is the perfect Sun Valley summer or ski vacation home. Walk out your front door and you are just a few minutes from fly fishing the Big Wood River or heading up Bald Mountain on the River Run ski lifts. From the spacious master suite, wake up to beautiful mountain views from the king poster bed. This suite also includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and sitting area. The second master suite also features a king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and desk area. The home has 2 additional guest bedrooms that both have en suite baths. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest has twin bunk beds. The Greyhawk Condominiums are conveniently located in Warm Springs, about 1 block from the lifts and Warm Springs Base Lodge. The free town bus stops nearby and provides service to all areas of the resort. The Greyhawk complex offers a summer and winter season outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), complimentary parking, common laundry facilities and wireless internet.

These condominiums are situated right in the hub of Warm Springs. The living room opens to a large deck with perfect views of Bald Mountain ski runs. The free shuttle bus stops 1 block away and provides service to all areas. These are units with inviting, pleasing accommodations that are tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living and dining rooms where you find fabulous views of the Warm Springs. Located in the center of Elkhorn, the Ridge is within walking distance of Elkhorn amenities, the community bike/pedestrian path, and the KART free town bus stop for a short ride to the ski areas, Sun Valley village, and Ketchum.

The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility, and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.
