The Sun Valley Lodge Apartments have access to Sun Valley amenities that include a year-round outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. The Lodge Apartments are adjacent to the historic Sun Valley Lodge itself, and within walking distance of the ice rink, shops and restaurants in the Sun Valley Village Mall area. The Lodge Apartments were built to suit the luxury ski lodge standard of Sun Valley's early years - woodsy, spacious, warm and basically timeless. Condos have a full kitchen, fireplace, private deck, and wireless internet.

The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.

The duplex-style townhomes are full of warmth and color, coziness and current furnishings, to give the townhomes a like-home feel. There is a river rock gas fireplace in the living room and a separate family room. Located 1 ½ blocks to lifts, 6 blocks to downtown, and adjacent to the area-wide paved bike path. The Sun Valley Inn opened its doors in 1937 and is still where to stay if you're looking for a welcoming and stylish place to lay your head. Now boasting a full convention center, the Inn has gracious European-inspired dècor with the finest fabrics, carpeting and wall coverings. Guests can head to the Ram restaurant for a gourmet bite and sip on a cocktail in the lounge, while the Village Station offers family-friendly food and fun. An exercise room adjoins the outdoor pool.

Located in downtown Ketchum, this beautiful River Street West 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is the perfect Sun Valley summer or ski vacation home.
