143 Park Forest

143 Park Forest is a 3 bedroom 3 bath 1,954 square foot townhome, a short walk from the free shuttle bus stop. It’s also a short walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing. Step out onto the upper deck with a cocktail and grill up some steaks. Watch the big game on the 65" flat screen TV in the lower level den while you warm up by the gas fireplace. Just off the lower level den is an outdoor hot tub for you to soak in while you breathe clean mountain air and take in the tranquility and peace of nature surrounding you in the gorgeous back yard. There is a laundry room and the home has an oversized one-car heated garage.

Snodallion Condos

The Snodallion Condos enjoy a convenient location yet are tucked away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet, wooded area. They are less than a 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift and Breckenridge’s downtown Main Street area. The property has underground parking and shares the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs at the Columbine complex, which includes a pool house with showers and locker rooms.

Ten Mile Suites is located just three blocks from Breckenridge’s Main Street. The Free Ride Shuttle bus, that takes you to the slopes, picks up next door. Plus, Ten Mile Suites backs up to Carter Park which has a free sledding hill in the winter and free volleyball and tennis in the summer. Onsite amenities include coin laundry machines and a shared hot tub.

Located on the South side of Breckenridge just a five to seven minute walk to the Peak 9 Base Area, the Quicksilver Super Chair, Historic Main Street and one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, sits the Christiana Townhomes. Units feature full kitchens, gas fireplaces and private decks with BBQs. The complex features on site laundry facilities. Guests to the Christiana Townhomes have seasonal access to the Columbine Recreation Center with a seasonal outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor over-sized hot tubs, shower rooms and a summer patio with outdoor furniture.

Twin Elk Lodge is conveniently located adjacent to the complimentary town shuttle stop for fast access to the ski area bases, and approximately 250 yards to the BreckConnect Gondola. At the end of your ski day, take the Skyway Skiway to the underground walkway and you will be a short walk back to the Lodge.
