The Mountain Plaza Condos are located in the heart of Copper Mountain’s Center Village, at the base of the American Eagle chairlift. Condominiums are located on floors 3 through 7, above the Village’s shops and restaurants. On-site indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, dining, and a lobby warmed by its gas fireplace make Mountain Plaza a good choice for family and friends to enjoy a relaxed mountain environment. Just steps away to the South is access to the mountain for skiing, riding, hiking and biking; and to the North is the dock on West Lake featuring ice skating, ice hockey and boating. The building, built in 1979, also features complimentary wi-fi, heated underground parking and laundry facilities.

Located in the heart of Center Village, Copper One Lodge is just steps away from it all. Perfect for skiers, the American Eagle and American Flyer lifts as well as restaurants and shops are all just steps away from Copper One Lodge. Copper One Lodge is a great place for families and friends. There is a common outdoor hot tub on site. Guests also have access to the off site Copper Mountain Athletic Club (when open) which includes a 25-yard pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room & gym. For some units, access is complimentary and for others, a fee may be charged.

Kokomo Lodge is located slope side of Copper Mountain within the prestigious Lewis Ranch gated neighborhood. The location is ideal, making it easy to hit the slopes at all of Summit County’s ski resorts, including Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin. This true ski-in, ski-out home is situated right next to a green run with easy access to hit the slopes. Kokomo Lodge is truly a lush combination of maple and walnut trim that sets the tone for luxurious mountain living. Perfect for a large family gathering or a group of friends reuniting.

The Elk Run Condominiums and Townhomes are located in Copper Mountain's East Village, only 200 yards from the SuperBee Chairlift. Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and private 1-car garage.

This 4 bedroom, 4 bath plus loft townhouse is 2,800 square feet with a large kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and pool table. The deck off the living room has views of the ski runs, with a southern exposure. There’s a private outdoor hot tub off the master bedroom suite. The Center Village shops and restaurants, and the American Eagle lift are a short walk away. This unit accesses the beginner area of Green Acres and also allows access to the Super Bee lift.

The Spruce Lodge condos are located in the Center Village, ski-in/ski-out to the American Eagle lift. Leave your car behind – you are easy walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops in Copper Mountain’s Center Village. Each unit is equipped with a gas fireplace and full kitchen. Property amenities include underground parking, a shared indoor hot tub, elevator, and guest laundry facilities.

The Peregrine condos are located in the East Village, about 200 yards from the Super Bee Chairlift, and alongside the 8th fairway of the Copper Creek Golf Course. Beeler Place townhomes are wonderful accommodations located in the Center Village, providing excellent views of the ski slopes. Townhomes are multi-level, with private garages, gas fireplaces, and a washer and dryer. Guests will have access to the common building hot tub, perfect to enjoy an après soak after a long day on the ski slopes. Leave your vehicle in the attached garage as you can easily walk to the slopes from your Beeler Place townhome.

The Lodge at Copper is popular for its central location, right next to the American Flyer chairlift, which accesses green and blue terrain. Plus, you’re in the heart of Copper Mountain’s action for restaurants and shops. Each unit contains either a wood burning or gas fireplace, two TVs, approximately 1000 square feet of space and sleeps six comfortably. All units feature a king size bed in the master and a variety of bed combinations in the second bedroom depending on your needs. All guests are given full use of the condo’s onsite amenities: hot tub, laundry room, sauna and one assigned garage parking spot. There’s no need to drive to the slopes here, each condo is located no more than 200 yards from the Super Bee lift.
