One guestroom has a twin bed plus twin bunks. The other three guestrooms offer a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper. There are three living rooms, a full kitchen with dining for 8 plus 3 bar stools, wood burning fireplace, air-conditioning, washer & dryer, private year-round hot tub, and complimentary wi-fi.

This cozy condo offers convenience and comfort. Walk 1 short block to the Quit'N Time ski run, pop into your bindings and ski down to the Town Lift chair. At the end of the day, ski back to this neighborhood access point to return to your property. Other options to access the ski resort include walking a few blocks to the Town Lift or the Old Town Transit Center to catch a free shuttle bus. Guests may also drive the short distance to the Park City Mountain base area parking lot. Just two blocks to historic Main Street for shopping, galleries, activities and dining.
