1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

The Fairway Village Condominiums are located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the Park Meadows Golf Course, about 3 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are large and spacious with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Condos have in-unit laundry facilities. A vehicle is required for this location as there is no nearby shuttle stop.

Steps from Main Street in Old Town Park City, this 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home in is conveniently located at the top of Park Avenue with views of the Old Town area and surrounding mountain tops. Just across the street is one of the city-maintained stairways down to Main Street. Within a two minute walk you'll be on Main Street, where you’ll find the best of restaurants, shopping, and night life in Park City, including the very popular High West Distillery.
