A short walk will take you and your guests to Historic Main Street in downtown Park City and the Park City Mountain Resort’s Town Chair Lift. Four hundred feet and you will be at the PCMR Three Kings Chair Lift and the Park City Golf Course. You and your guests will enjoy all the modern amenities like hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A bus stop right in front of the homes allow access to the area’s attractions. However, with everything being in walking distance you may never use the bus.

A vehicle is required for this location as there is no nearby shuttle stop.

Located right on Park Avenue, and easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort, the 14th Street Townhomes are in an extremely convenient location with great amenities. There is a free bus stop just a short walk from your front door. Townhomes are on 3 levels, and approximately 1,350 square feet in size. Each one has a private deck, washer/dryer, and 1-car garage (only suitable for small vehicles).
