The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Both bedrooms offer private bathrooms. The master offers a King bed with fireplace. The second bedroom offers two full bunk beds. Edgemont's on-site amenities include a fabulous heated outdoor pool and hot tub with great views down the mountain. The outdoor fire pit is a natural gathering place and kids will delight here in s'mores and hot chocolate. Ski access could not be much easier with a slope side ski locker room. Here you can dry off and conveniently store your equipment in your private ski locker with enclosed boot warmer. If you need to push yourself a little more, there is exercise equipment onsite.

Cascades at Eagle Ridge are vacation townhomes offering fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, and roomy living areas. In addition to private decks, there are spectacular views of the ski area. These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.

As the name implies, the Dulany at the Gondola condominiums sit about 50 yards from the Steamboat Gondola. You can practically ski right up to the building. It’s also convenient if some of your party will be in ski school, as the ski school meeting location is just a short walk away. And it’s steps away from the shops and restaurants of Gondola Square. The Dulany includes covered parking, two community hot tubs, and wireless internet. Each condo has a gas fireplace, private deck or patio, and in-unit washer/dryer.
