Winter Castle is a delightful, large (4,500 square foot) home, bursting with Colorado charm, close to the ski area base, ideal for two or three families, with beds for up to 16 guests. Located on the mountain in a private neighborhood, Winter Castle offers privacy along with great access to skiing just minutes from your door. This home has rich mountain accents; large beams, reclaimed wood floors, custom antler railings and a stone fireplace to create a cozy luxury lodge. Your home-away-from-home includes a great room with vaulted ceilings, big screen TV and gas fireplace, providing a comfortable airy setting for living, dining, and entertaining. Plush leather couches invite you to relax and enjoy a good book or watch a movie. The professionally equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need. It’s a great home for entertaining, with a dining table that seats up to 10, and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom on the main level is just one of 5 king bedrooms in this large home, three of which have private baths. The lower level has a king bedroom with private bath and two king bedrooms that share a bath. On the upper level is another king with shared bath and a bunk room that has two sets of bunks and two trundle beds to sleep up to 6 guests – ideal for kids. The rec room provides an additional living area with a 42” TV, Wii video games system, and a foosball table. The outdoor hot tub allows you to relax and soak away the stresses of a day on the mountain. Winter Castle offers covered parking although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.

This 4,600 square foot chalet comfortably sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The dining area seats 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with the finest appliances from Wolf and SubZero. The rec room on the lower level provides great fun for the whole family with a 50” big screen TV with surround sound, Playstation 2 video games and a pool table. Dry off your boots and store your skis in the nearby mudroom that includes a boot dryer and storage cupboards for all of your ski equipment. Experience a vacation like no other in Steamboat Springs at The Porches. Offering spacious four and five bedroom units. Every bedroom even has its very own private bathroom, and most of our units feature 3 fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a comfortable dining room. There are flat screen TV’s in many of the rooms along with multiple DVD and CD players, and a large 50” flat screen TV in the lower level living room. Our largest unit has vaulted ceilings in the main floor living area. Every townhome also features a pool table, a foosball table, or both, as well as complimentary wireless internet access.

Falconhead Lodge - North is perched above the Yampa Valley with spectacular views overlooking the Steamboat ski area. It is ideal for multi-generational family gatherings, featuring two kitchens, two living rooms and a sports bar, complete with pool table and flat screen TV. The home is equipped with an elevator, however the spectacular mountain views are best enjoyed via the stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends alongside a four story window. The main floor features a great room with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and an oversized stone fireplace. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area, which has seating for 12. Downstairs on the mid-level there is an additional kitchen, dining, and living area. Five bedrooms, spread over three floors, allow ample room for a large group or various families. The master bedroom on the main level has a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkroom can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. A second master suite with private bath offers views of the valley and the Sleeping Giant Mountain. There is a third master suite and a queen suite, each featuring a private en suite bath. A sports bar/den and recreation room can be found on the lower level. The flat screen TV means you won't miss a play during a big game and rivalries can be settled over the pool table. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher. This level is home to a covered deck with hot tub. Half baths are conveniently located on all three living levels adjacent to living areas. Due to its impressive size of 7,164 square feet, this home feels more like you are staying in your own private lodge than a vacation home. For larger groups of up to 32 guests the North and South sides of this spectacular home can be combined as Falconhead Grande Lodge, with over 14,000 square feet of living space.

Sun Ridge Lodge is named for its ideal location on a ridge overlooking the sun's final path as it sets in the Yampa Valley. You can also enjoy the afternoon Alpenglow on the ski mountain from the rear of the lodge, or better yet, the hot tub. For those who prefer watching this end-of-the-day ritual from the solace of the indoors, the great room windows stretch practically from the floor to the peaked cathedral ceiling. The sitting area on the top floor overlooks the great room and is a perfect spot for admiring the exposed timber beams and trusses as well as the gorgeous sunsets. Sun Ridge was built to give its occupants a rugged mountain cabin feel without sacrificing elegance and luxury. Among the many treats is a surround sound system that will allow music to follow you wherever you go. Just off the great room is a professional kitchen complete with a Wolf gas range and Sub Zero refrigerator. Two long, parallel islands allow plentiful room for seating or prepping for the evening meal. The dining table seats 10 with four more places at the bar. This home has five bedrooms and oodles of space for kids and adults to relax in their own space or gather together.
