These townhomes are walking distance to the gondola base area via a paved path. Each unit has a 2-car garage, and there is shuttle service for this property during the winter only. There are also two hot tubs shared by the complex.

Emerald Vista is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home that sits high on the hillside and enjoys gorgeous views of Emerald Mountain. This impressive private lodge holds a commanding position overlooking the Steamboat ski area. The Grande Lodge is equipped with elevators on each side and a stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends on each side alongside four story windows. Enter from the top level with a heated garage and plenty of space for coats and snow boots with built-in lockers. The main floors feature a Great Room with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and an oversized stone fireplace. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area. Master bedrooms have a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkrooms can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. Additional master suites with private bath offer views of the valley and the Sleeping Giant mountain. A third gathering area of sports bar/den and recreation room can be found on each lower level. The flat screen TV means you won't miss a play during a big game and rivalries can be settled over the pool table. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher. Sleeping arrangements include a king-bedded master bedroom, a second bedroom that can be made up either with 2 twins or a king bed, a third bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds, and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds. When you are ready to explore Steamboat you can have the shuttle take you the mountain village, downtown or to the grocery store if needed during the winter.
