The Wildflower Condos are located close to Sun Valley’s historic lodge and its restaurants and shops, spa and fitness center. Just minutes away from downtown Ketchum, these condos are perhaps the most sought-after lodging in the Sun Valley area. These units sit in the heart of Sun Valley, affording beautiful views of either Bald Mountain or the Sun Valley Golf Course. In the winter, the golf course becomes the Nordic Skiing Center where you can try out a variety of Nordic winter sports.

The Fairway Nine Condominiums sit right on the Elkhorn Golf Course, in a quiet and protected setting, close to Dollar Mountain Ski Area and 10 minutes into downtown Ketchum. The town shuttle bus stops just outside the complex. Amenities include Wi-Fi, complimentary parking and a washer and dryer.

The Lodge Apartments were built to suit the ski lodge standard of Sun Valley's early years - woodsy, spacious, warm and basically timeless. The Wood River Inn is located in the heart of Hailey, Idaho, 12 miles from the Sun Valley Ski area. Their spacious and well-appointed accommodations are designed with comfort in mind. The Crestview Condominiums are located within walking distance to the River Run Base area and Downtown Ketchum. Amenities include: Vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, washer/dryer and a common area hot tub.

The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.

The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility, and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.
