Offering scenic views, high-end finishes and a slope side location, the Element 52 residences offer the best in luxury and convenience. Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

The Livery Condos are located right in the heart of downtown Telluride. If you like to stay where the action is and be able to walk to restaurants and shops, this is a great option for you. The Livery Condos have the best rooftop deck in town, with picturesque views of town, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls and Ballard Peak. There is parking for one car per unit in the parking garage.

Yellow Brick Road is a 5,000-square-foot Telluride ski vacation home with ski in, ski out access to Village Bypass, an easy green run. With incredible mountain views, location and comfort, Yellow Brick Road is a skier’s paradise. Fun amenities include large deck with eight-person hot tub, pingpong table, custom pool table and whole-house sound system. This charming and fully modern log cabin has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The great room features a 46-inch TV, lots of comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings and massive stone wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent dining area offers seating for ten, and the kitchen offers additional seating at the breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen has a dumbwaiter, commercial refrigerator and professional cooking top with griddle. Yellow Brick Road’s two master suites have king beds, large closets with built-in storage and en suite baths. The first guestroom has two double beds, and the second guestroom has four twin bunk beds. One of the lofts features two twin pullout beds, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs TV room. There is also an office with scanner and high-speed internet. Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the home and deck.

Set in the Blue Mesa Lodge in Mountain Village, you'll be near delicious dining options and unique mountain shops. You'll be steps away from Chairs 1 and 4, the main ticketing office, the Ski & Snowboard School, and the gondola that takes you to Mountain Village Town Hall Plaza and Telluride. Also, the Galloping Goose stops right in front of the lodge, and Mountain Village has the Dial-a-Ride option, making it easy for you to get where you need to go without a vehicle. Store your gear in the ski locker on the ground floor and your bikes on the rack in the garage. This simple yet charming corner studio welcomes you in with a functional style. Put your feet up after a long day and flip through the cable channels on the HDTV. Toss a load of laundry in the shared washer/dryer while you pop the tops on a few local microbrews. Take your suds out on the private balcony to enjoy the views of the San Sofia Ridge and the crisp, clean air.

Welcome to Seamless Edge. Serene and majestic, this inspired home consists of three glass cantilevered pavilions. An architect’s dream built by masterfully stacking three glass boxes on one another. The main living area is suspended in the middle glass box between the muted wood-finished kitchen with an oversized granite top island to three dining areas, including the outdoor heated patio table, to the two lounging areas with clean and natural elements. Between the five bedrooms and seven bathrooms on all three levels, there is zen space to spread out. The coy bunk room resides on the lowest level next to another cozy lounge and an oversized ski room with a private locker reserved for each guest. Upstairs, a fitness room beckons to breathe deep and awe at the unobstructed views of the historic Idarado Mine and Smuggler-Union Hydroelectric Power Plant perched on the edge of a 400-foot cliff above Bridal Veil Falls.

We are just 100 yards from the Gondola Plaza on the San Miguel River, two blocks from Main Street, and three blocks from Town Park. A significant element of Telluride's charm is its free year-round gondola transportation network. Walk up to the Mountain Lodge lobby and enjoy a warm fireplace, a cold drink, or a dip in the all-season swimming pool. Once in the lobby, grab the Mountain Lodge's free shuttle to the Mt Village Core or to the gondola plaza which offers a coffee bar, a well-stocked liquor store, the town post office and the Free Intercept gondola station. From here, it is a 3 minute glide to the heart of the Village core, another 4 minute ride to Allred's Restaurant at the top of the ridge, and 11 minutes more to the town of Telluride. In the winter, pull your ski boots on in front of the in-unit fire place and walk approximately 100 yards to the Double Cabins ski access (a green run). Once there, slide down to Lift 10 or Lift 1 and start your ski day. If you end up skiing into the Village Core or into the town of Telluride, you can ride the free gondola back to the Mt Village and call for the free Mountain Lodge shuttle.
