On the home’s lowest level there is a nice queen suite with a private bath and a split king suite with a bath across the hall. 586 West Pacific Avenue is a perfectly located home in downtown Telluride, two blocks from the Gondola and one block from Chair 7. Its rustic, reclaimed barnwood exterior is juxtaposed with a contemporary, high-end interior. Large windows in the living room let in tons of natural light, and showcase incredible views of the ski area. A 200 square foot heated deck provides for year-round use with great views of the mountain. Additional amenities include a gas fireplace in the living area, in-floor radiant heating, and a laundry room.

Yellow Brick Road is a 5,000-square-foot Telluride ski vacation home with ski in, ski out access to Village Bypass, an easy green run. With incredible mountain views, location and comfort, Yellow Brick Road is a skier’s paradise. Fun amenities include large deck with eight-person hot tub, pingpong table, custom pool table and whole-house sound system. This charming and fully modern log cabin has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The great room features a 46-inch TV, lots of comfortable seating, vaulted ceilings and massive stone wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent dining area offers seating for ten, and the kitchen offers additional seating at the breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen has a dumbwaiter, commercial refrigerator and professional cooking top with griddle. Yellow Brick Road’s two master suites have king beds, large closets with built-in storage and en suite baths. The first guestroom has two double beds, and the second guestroom has four twin bunk beds. One of the lofts features two twin pullout beds, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs TV room. There is also an office with scanner and high-speed internet. Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the home and deck.

The Double Diamond Condominiums, located at the base of the Coonskin Lift # 7, offer guests ski-in/ski-out convenience with spectacular views of the ski area. These nicely built condominiums feature units loaded with amenities. All condominiums have a gas fireplace, one car garage, washer-dryer, balcony, ski storage and access to the outdoor common area hot tub. The complex is just a few yards to the San Miguel River.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.
