Just beyond a stand of aspen trees that line the Lower Galloping Goose ski run, lies a treasure. 416 Benchmark is a cabin large enough to accommodate 18 guests while still feeling intimate and cozy - especially true if you call dibs on the separate guest house. Private hot tub, ski-in ski-out...we won’t bore you with the things you already expect from a Mountain Village manor. What makes 416 Benchmark so delightful are the unexpected surprises - ending a long day with alternating trips between the sauna and steam room, and the way that Wilson Peak is impeccably framed by the great room window. The gourmet kitchen has a breakfast bar, built-in dining nook, and adjacent family sitting area. The ground floor media room has a large sectional sofa, access to the patio, and a gas fireplace, ideal for movie nights. Six of the bedrooms are in the main house and the other two are in a separate guest house with a pool table and kitchen.

The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.

From the dining room, guests can access the private deck, which has a hot tub and gas BBQ grill. The master bedroom is upstairs, and offers a king bed, walk-in closet and TV. The master bath has double sinks, a Jacuzzi and a shower. The guestrooms are downstairs from the living room. The first guestroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The second guestroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed, plus a flat-screen TV and an en suite bath. The third guestroom has a queen bed, futon, TV and an en suite bath. Amenities at Russell Home include Internet, a private garage and a washer and dryer.

Formerly known as South Oak Pearl, this modern and inviting 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom private home is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Telluride, one of the few homes that faces desirable South Oak Street. Step outside and you are just steps away from skiing and hiking, restaurant and shops as well as the Telluride Farmer's Market, which runs weekly during the Telluride summer season (typically early June to October). The Livery Condos have the best rooftop deck in town, with picturesque views of town, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls and Ballard Peak. There is parking for one car per unit in the parking garage.
