445 Depot Avenue is a sunny 5 bedroom 4 bath home in downtown Telluride, walking distance to everything you need. One unique aspect of this rental home is the 6-person hot tub on the home`s roof with unbelievable 360 degree views of the Telluride Ski Area, Box Canyon and San Juan Mountains. The spacious master suite features a California king bed. The family room is downstairs and has a second kitchen, dining area and 2 TVs. This part of the home also makes an excellent Nanny`s quarters. There is one garage parking space, however a car is usually not needed for this central location.

From the dining room, guests can access the private deck, which has a hot tub and gas BBQ grill. The master bedroom is upstairs, and offers a king bed, walk-in closet and TV. The master bath has double sinks, a Jacuzzi and a shower. The guestrooms are downstairs from the living room. The first guestroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV.
