Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Located in the Mountain Village Core at the base of Chair 4 and the Gondola, Dakota Place has a front row location for the best ski-in/ski-out access at the Telluride Ski Resort. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. Offering breathtaking views of the Sneffels Range, 2-853-square-foot Russell Home has floor-to-ceiling windows. This pet-friendly 3 bedroom, 4 bath home sleeps up to 16 guests. This Telluride ski vacation home is located on a golf course near Mountain Village, just a short drive from the ski slopes. Russell Home’s great room offers leather furniture, including a queen sofa sleeper and flat-screen TV. Above this area is an open loft with a queen futon. Granite tile countertops adorn the kitchen, which opens to the dining room with seating for six around the table. From the dining room, guests can access the private deck, which has a hot tub and gas BBQ grill. The master bedroom is upstairs, and offers a king bed, walk-in closet and TV. The master bath has double sinks, a Jacuzzi and a shower. The guestrooms are downstairs from the living room. The first guestroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The second guestroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed, plus a flat-screen TV and an en suite bath. The third guestroom has a queen bed, futon, TV and an en suite bath. Amenities at Russell Home include Internet, a private garage and a washer and dryer.

The Double Diamond Condominiums, located at the base of the Coonskin Lift # 7, offer guests ski-in/ski-out convenience with spectacular views of the ski area. These nicely built condominiums feature units loaded with amenities. All condominiums have a gas fireplace, one car garage, washer-dryer, balcony, ski storage and access to the outdoor common area hot tub. The complex is just a few yards to the San Miguel River.

Cimarron Lodge Condos enjoy an excellent location in the town of Telluride, right next to Lift 7, with ski-in access to the property. They also sit right alongside the San Miguel River and adjacent River Trail. The property has an underground parking garage, two shared outdoor hot tubs, and shared laundry facilities. . During the powder filled winter months, this property gives guests the very best ski access, with the Coonskin chairlift right out your front door. During the festival fueled summer months, Telluride Town Park is a short stroll away along the San Miguel River. The main grocery store in town, Clark's Market, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.
