Welcome to Seamless Edge. Serene and majestic, this inspired home consists of three glass cantilevered pavilions. An architect’s dream built by masterfully stacking three glass boxes on one another. The main living area is suspended in the middle glass box between the muted wood-finished kitchen with an oversized granite top island to three dining areas, including the outdoor heated patio table, to the two lounging areas with clean and natural elements. Between the five bedrooms and seven bathrooms on all three levels, there is zen space to spread out. The coy bunk room resides on the lowest level next to another cozy lounge and an oversized ski room with a private locker reserved for each guest. Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.
