1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

Hidden Creek town homes are located just below Canyons Village base area at Park City Mountain. Their quiet location is away from the hustle and bustle of the village, yet just a short walk across the street to the Cabriolet lift which takes you from the resort's parking lots and drops you right in the center of the village. Hidden Creek offers a common area pool (summer only), tennis courts, hot tub and laundry for the complex.

The Windrift Condominiums are located just minutes from Park City’s three world class resorts. Located in a quiet tree-lined Park City residential area with a nearby mountain stream, Windrift condominiums are the perfect location for your winter getaway to Park City Utah. Enjoy the scenic mountain views from your bedroom balcony. The Windrift complex is close to the shuttle stop for the Park City complimentary city-wide bus. The free city-wide Park City bus will transport guests to the local resorts – Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley Resort. Additionally, the Park City bus will stop near local Park City grocery stores, the state liquor store, Main Street – which offers a variety of shopping and dining options, the Tanger Shopping Outlet near Kimball Junction and the Red Stone Shopping area.

Although guests can definitely walk to the lifts, a car is recommended for this particular property. Not many properties rival this stunning mountain vacation spot. Guests can relax in the private outdoor hot tub on the patio. Fairway Springs is about 5 miles from downtown Park City. Each townhome has a private garage.

The Residences at Blackstone is a luxury townhome development located at the base of the Canyons Village area at Park City Mountain. The property is located just off the 13th hole of the Canyons Golf Course. It is a block away from the Cabriolet, providing quick access to base area lifts, restaurants, shops, and more. The Residences at Blackstone are just a few miles away from downtown Park City. These townhomes have 9-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens, central air conditioning, and private decks.
