Staying on Deer Valley Drive is the most sought -after lodging location in the city! Unit B, at 365 DV Drive boasts 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps a total of 12 people. Entering this condo through the garage on the 1st floor, is your ski clothing and ski drop-off area before heading upstairs to contemporary mountain comfort. On this first floor is a queen bedroom with separate full bath. On the second floor is the main living space, full kitchen with granite counter tops, oversize, large sectional sofa, large wall mounted television set and wet-bar. Also on this floor is the private theatre room which seats seven comfortably in oversized theatre chairs. Heading up to the third floor will access 3 additional bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a single queen. Also on this floor is a full bath and gaming space on an open balcony overseeing the main living space down below where a foosball table and poker table provide great all-day entertainment! The master bedroom with ensuite bath is on the 4th floor, oversized tub, wall mounted television set and seating area and deck with views overseeing Deer Valley Drive. While this deck is completely enclosed and keeps out extreme weather, it is not heated. Overall, this mountain contemporary property is excellent for multiple families, with or without children, providing great community space and separation space when needed. Located right on Park Avenue, and easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort, the 14th Street Townhomes are in an extremely convenient location with great amenities. There is a free bus stop just a short walk from your front door. Townhomes are on 3 levels, and approximately 1,350 square feet in size. Each one has a private deck, washer/dryer, and 1-car garage (only suitable for small vehicles).
