The dining room has seating for six people with three barstools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings with a fan, flat-screen TV and a spacious bathroom outside bedroom door with a double vanity and jetted tub. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a twin daybed, flat-screen TV and an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin bed and an adjoining bathroom. Other amenities include a hot tub for winter use only, a brand new washer and dryer, an attached garage, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Behind the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace with gas assist. These rooms have access to a wrap-around deck, with great lake and mountain views. The condo has a 2-car garage and laundry room. There is a community pool and hot tub, open summer and winter only. The free City Bus stops about 2 blocks away.
