445 Depot Avenue is a sunny 5 bedroom 4 bath home in downtown Telluride, walking distance to everything you need. The second floor great room, dining room and kitchen feature big, sunny views of the ski area and a south-facing deck with a gas grill. The great room is perfect for entertaining large groups. One unique aspect of this rental home is the 6-person hot tub on the home`s roof with unbelievable 360 degree views of the Telluride Ski Area, Box Canyon and San Juan Mountains. The spacious master suite features a California king bed. The family room is downstairs and has a second kitchen, dining area and 2 TVs. This part of the home also makes an excellent Nanny`s quarters. There is one garage parking space, however a car is usually not needed for this central location.

The Elkstone Condos are conveniently located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, a short walk to the ski slopes, the Mountain Village market, and the gondola. The property has a beautiful outdoor courtyard with a large wood-burning fireplace and shared hot tub. There is a fitness center on site and one reserved parking spot per unit in the garage. Each condo has a private balcony, gas fireplace and in-unit laundry facilities.

Step out the door of your Pacific Street Townhome and enjoy everything Telluride has to offer in just a few moments’ walk. These well-appointed, contemporary residences are located three blocks from Telluride’s Main Street and two blocks from the gondola station. Offering breathtaking views of the Sneffels Range, 2-853-square-foot Russell Home has floor-to-ceiling windows. This pet-friendly 3 bedroom, 4 bath home sleeps up to 16 guests. This Telluride ski vacation home is located on a golf course near Mountain Village, just a short drive from the ski slopes. Russell Home’s great room offers leather furniture, including a queen sofa sleeper and flat-screen TV. Above this area is an open loft with a queen futon. Granite tile countertops adorn the kitchen, which opens to the dining room with seating for six around the table. From the dining room, guests can access the private deck, which has a hot tub and gas BBQ grill. The master bedroom is upstairs, and offers a king bed, walk-in closet and TV. The master bath has double sinks, a Jacuzzi and a shower. The guestrooms are downstairs from the living room. The first guestroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The second guestroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed, plus a flat-screen TV and an en suite bath. The third guestroom has a queen bed, futon, TV and an en suite bath. Amenities at Russell Home include Internet, a private garage and a washer and dryer.

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.
