Bristlecone offers spacious living area, stone fireplaces, lodge style comfort, some with beautiful views. Bristlecone Condominiums are located in lower Deer Valley Resort, a short shuttle ride to the slopes. Each condominium has rustic mountain furnishings, a private outdoor hot tub and views of lower Deer Valley Resort.

Powder Run condominiums are located adjacent to slopes of Deer Valley Resort’s Snow Park Lodge (walk to the lifts), and minutes from Park City’s historic Main Street with restaurants and nightlife. These two and three bedroom condominiums offer all of the conveniences for your mountain vacation getaway, from fully equipped kitchens and cozy living rooms to private outdoor hot tubs with views of the surrounding mountains. Underground parking with elevator access is also provided so you don’t have to waste one second of your vacation looking for parking or clearing all that snow off your car.

These three-bedroom residences are uniquely decorated and comfortable. Located one-quarter of a mile from the Silver Lake area of Deer Valley Resort, these condominiums are only a short, complimentary shuttle away from the slopes. They are also two blocks away from the free Park City Transit route. These condos are equipped with a full kitchen, private outdoor hot tub, washer and dryer, and fireplace. Located in Lower Deer Valley, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath tri-level Lakeside end unit has mountain and lake views. It is approximately 2,883 square feet in size. The main level, which is up two short flights of stairs, has an open concept family room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Behind the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace with gas assist. These rooms have access to a wrap-around deck, with great lake and mountain views. The condo has a 2-car garage and laundry room. There is a community pool and hot tub, open summer and winter only. The free City Bus stops about 2 blocks away.

The Ridgepoint condominiums are located 0.4 miles from Silver Lake Village, mid-mountain at Deer Valley Resort. Depending on snow conditions, this complex offers ski-out access. These townhomes feature shared underground parking, fully equipped kitchens, private outdoor hot tubs on the deck, private washer & dryer, fireplace and complimentary wireless internet. The Signature Collection's complimentary in-town transportation, provided by Cadillac, is offered during the ski season.

The Courchevel condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, within short walking distance to the lifts and right on the free bus route. Ski lockers located in the common, underground garage are available for your use or just leave your gear with the free ski concierge at Deer Valley Resort!

Greyhawk condominiums are centrally located just 1/2 mile from Deer Valley Resort and are on the free shuttle route. Enjoy a beautiful condominium located on Deer Valley Drive at the entrance to Deer Valley Resort and within a short half mile walking distance to Park City’s historic Main Street with its many shops, clubs, and over 100 restaurants. Some of the amenities include TV/DVD Player, Full Kitchen, Fireplace, Elevator and Garage. Most will also offer a private hot tub.
