Offering 5,800 square feet of living space, this five bedroom, seven bath townhome has plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out. Finishes and furnishings are sophisticated yet comfortable. Your group will love having a private hot tub on the deck, a pool table and entertaining area, and even a sauna and steam room. Located just across the street from the free shuttle station, guests gain access to free and easy transportation all throughout the Park City and Deer Valley area by just walking out the front door. The Ridgepoint condominiums are located 0.4 miles from Silver Lake Village, mid-mountain at Deer Valley Resort. Depending on snow conditions, this complex offers ski-out access. The main level, which is up two short flights of stairs, has an open concept family room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Behind the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace with gas assist.
